Girls Trip is the Best Medicine

My Feel Good Playlist

My answer to helping you put your worries and issues aside is to listen to a “feel good playlist”. I have been noticing that I have been less in control of my life. My anxiety has my life shambles right now. As I am reflecting on the fact that I loss a bit of control of my life, I decided to take some of my control back. So what I do is listen to some music to cure my blues. I  am firm believer that music was made to assimilate and that it can cure a lot of things. Right now is curing my in the dump feeling. This playlist goes from r&b , alternative, and pop and I guarantee it will make you feel good. If you don’t like my musical selection than I challenge you to put all the music you love into a playlist. I prefer to listen to music that positive message, an up beat feel good groove, or something that makes me dance like a craze 3 year old kids.
