Happy Wednesday!
I am feeling so under pressure this week. Like I feel like I’m slowly drowning in it all. Life is really beating me up and I am not sure how much more I can take. I noticed myself getting teared up on small things, taking a moment in the bathroom to collect myself. Its all too much and it telling me that I need to slow down now !!
I am rushing , forgetting, being clumsy and I becoming stressed out. Trying to meet deadlines, work, blog, health, finances, and life. Managing it all is so hard. I need to breathe and to continue telling myself that its going to be alright.
I am currently listening to some meditation music. I am slow calming down I can think a little clearer now. Awesome !!
So I want to share some tips that I learn to help me slow down and pause life.
How to slow down..
- Be content with what you have
- Tell your Its okay to make mistakes- learning and growth is key
- Think about what is necessary
- Do one thing at a time
- Put your phone down
- Take a Day off
- Enjoy your meal
- Do nothing
“Once she stopped rushing through life. She was amazed how much more life she had time for”.
Just like the quotes says you will be amaze with how much time you have when you learn to relax and slow down. I am telling myself, right now, its okay to take a day off. You cannot do everything. So if you are reading this please take some time off and do nothing . You deserve it. A little self healing 🙂
