Late to the Party…. Fenty Beauty Foundation Review*

Let me just tell you me and Fenty Beauty have been having a long time issue with each other. I have been on a long journey just trying to get my complexion color. Lord the first day I tried it was all sold. Then I tried again had my color no money to spend. Just a up and down relationship. Fenty help me… help me please! It was a point in time I couldn’t even test the shade out. So I guess for a few months. Long story short I got it in my possession. Baby this is what you came for.. Lighting strikes every times she moves … AND EVERYBODY WATCHING HER !

Yess… I finally got my Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Foundation. Just in time for Rihanna’s birthday. I found my foundation color at the Sephora in Chicago on Michigan Ave before her birthday ! Yes hunny I got my color is 420after is being sold out for like forever.  This is consider a soft matte complexion products. It it a medium to full coverage foundation and it is build able.

This is my new favorite foundation. I have been using this foundation for two days and I am in love with the formula. It is so lightweight and easy to build up without all the cakiness. Also this foundation in my opinion works very well with my other products. Like my LA Girl Pro Concealer, Nars Orgasm Blush, and Ruby Kisses Mineral Powder in Honey Brown. I love the fact that my face can still breathe. Like it does not clog my pores, and it works well with my dry skin. Just an amazing foundation.

TIPS:

Please make sure you shake the foundation to help activate the magic before apply the foundation to the skin.

Let the foundation dry down to determine if the shade is your best shade or not. This also can determine if you need to get a lighter shade. I think 420 works well for me. I might try 410 & 430 just to see how it work on my skin.

Overall, I am happy that black woman in the fore front of a brand. In addition, I am ecstatic that she brought us so many complexion colors to the market. Rihanna really had many brands shaking in their boots. So thank you to Rihanna and to so many other brands that brought diversity to the cosmetic world. SIS you poppin !
