July Favorites | Best Summer Products 2021

Happy Thursday everyone. Can you believe how fast summer is coming and going? Seriously, July has came and went. So, I think it would be great to talk about few favorites I found during the summer. In today’s post I am sharing all my July Favorites. Let get into.

Beauty Favorites

One of my favorite beauty products from July has definitely been the Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Skin Tint. I use the shade 19. I have been using this product all summer long. This product is lightweight and blurring. I really love this product .

To complement my skin tint, I use the TLB Quick Concealer in the shade “Cinnamon”. This concealer is great for minimal to full coverage. In addition, I enjoy using this product because it give a subtle bright effect under my eye. It cancels out my dark under eye, and gives awake affect after long summer nights with friends.

My last beauty favorite is the Mented Balms Away Coconut Lip Treatment. It is a hydrating lip conditioner. It helps eliminate dry and crack lips. For this reason, I love having this in my purse especially on hot and dry days.

Accessories Favorite

First go to is my gold flip pendant necklace. I purchase this necklace from El Dorado General Store. This is vintage shop that has trinkets and vintage clothing.

This necklace is beautiful. The pendent flips. On one side is sun and on the other is the moon. Lastly my yellow frame sunglass from Bird Bee, a local boutique that sells contemporary apparel

My favorite resale piece I found during the summer are the shoes. I got these Liz Claiborne open toe Mules from Mama Coo’s Boutique. The best finds are the things you just run across on a whim. The shoes are comfortable.

Book Favorite

Next my favorite summer read is The Four Agreement by Don Miguel Ruiz. This book has been great for self discovery, and personal growth. My favorite agreement is Don’t Take Anything Personally. In addition, the agreement that I have been working in July is Don’t Make Assumptions.

Overall, the book is a great quick read. You can grow a lot from this book.

Duke Ellington &n John Coltrane Vinyl Release in 1963

Music Favorite

Next, is the Duke Ellington & John Coltrane Album. I came across this vinyl on whim, while taking a trip into the city. This album was found at a local record shop called Peoples Used Record.

It is calming and soothing and for that reason I fell in love with Jazz. Coltrane was among the first artist I listen to. Now I am

Lastly, I’ve been looking for a leather backpack for awhile. I found this vintage leather bag from EL Dorado General Store. This backpack is beautiful! The leather details what really caught my eye. I had to have it.

  • My two favorite thrift finds were some vintage lamps I purchased. They were a splurge for $300. I rarely spend that much for anything but, I had to have those lamps for my new home. I do not regret it at all. They are great conversational pieces. They are mid-century lamps. My other favorite deal happened two Saturdays ago. I purchased two chairs with what is called a Verona print. I paid $100 dollars for both. I discovered afterwards the chairs were worth $649 each! Talk about a steal.
I love the backpack, the book, the album you got in July. Also, the shades! Thank you for sharing!

  • Can I just say! I have gone through many of your posts! I am shocked at the lack of recognition! You put so much detail and work into your posts!! They are great! Seriously! Keep up the work!
