Finally back on the blog. As usual I always feel great returning to my blog. I got so caught up with having fun and all I had to do this past Memorial Day Weekend, simply I forgot to post. First of May

The first Monday in May. It feels pretty good to be back on my blog. So what has been going on with me? Why did I not post all April ? Well, April was such a rough month for me. I started off so hopeful and then……. I was battling with my anxiety, bout of depression, and stress. It was all taking a toll on my mental and physical. I felt nausea, tired, cranky, and scared. Also, I cried almost everyday. I felt so defeated. Simply, I just couldn’t post. My mind was mess. So I told myself its okay and I took a break. Honestly, I felt so guilty for abandoning the things I love to do. So, I used that time to write out affirmations, pray & meditate, and lastly journaling. All not quick solution but they definitely help me understand where all the stress was coming from. Also stress was the main reason why felt sick to my stomach.
