Happy Tuesday! Chunky boots, color soles, are definitely trending this fall. The chunky boots are having a moment, and I am here for it! I recently purchased a pair of my own chunky boots from Ego Shoes. Super trendy and very affordable. In today’s post I am reviewing my new chunky biker boots from Ego Shoes and sharing all the chunky boots I am loving for the Fall. Let’s get into it.
Chucky Sole Boots
I love the chunky boots trendy. As a fellow short girl these boots elevate my height and edgy up my look. With a chunky sole boot you don’t have to do much to take your look to a new level. The chunky sole is definitely giving me all the streetwear vibes. I am loving it all. So, when I saw these chunky biker boots featuring side pocket at Ego Shoes, I lost my mind.
Now, the boots are almost a look alike of the Prada’s Monolith Combat Boots. If you been following me for awhile I love to shop dupe, and find “a bang for my buck”. These boots are giving all that. To be honest, I literally wore these shoes all weekend. They stylish and fit very comfortable.
The boots I am featuring are available online at Ego Shoes for $52.99. Online they were originally price at $104.99 however they are marked down at half price. I purchase them for their sale price. I am wearing the shoes in size 10 also know as UK 8. You can also shop these boots in green, nude, and brown.
Honest Tea – Are they Hit or Miss?
I honestly love the chunky boots I purchased from Ego Shoes. The side pocket is definitely giving a fashion forward moment and the shoes are super lightweight and I love that it is faux leather. I mention I wore these boots all weekend and they are super comfortable and I feel very stabile. They are easy to lace and easy to put on and take off.
Although I love these boots, they do have some Flaws. The side pockets do not come in a traditional square shape featured on the website. My pockets look more like circles than a square shape. In addition, I was expecting the sole to be a rubber sole, however it made out of a different material that not rubber at all. Kinda weird to me.
Now this is my first time ordering from Ego Shoes so I didn’t know what to expect in regards to shipping, quality of product, and customer services. My product came fairly quickly even with us all being in pandemic. It took little less than 2 weeks. In addition, I did not have any customer services issues.
Overall, I love the boots and plan to wear these with anything. The quality of the boot is pretty decent especially for the price point. l plan to shop at Ego Shoes again, maybe check out there heel sections. l will give it my stamp of approval.
Shop The Look
Now these chunky boots are super cool, fashion forward, with some edge. I decided to pair my new favorite boots with my zebra print top I thrifted from Value World. I mention in previous post that Value World is my favorite places for thrifted good, click here to check it out. To complete the look I added my NYDJ thick black leggings with a cool bomber jacket I purchase from Forever21 . Lastly, I was inspired by a look I saw in September Issue of Harper’s Bazaar. Bomber jackets and shoulders bags. So, I thought I would do the same and add my faux croc messenger bag from Bird Bee. And there is the look!
Overall, the fall boot trend I am loving is the chunky boot! These boots are super comfortable, trendy and very affordable. I am in love with the little pocket. What fall boot trend are you loving this season? Let me know in the comment!
