Do you love handbags? Well I do, and I added a new bag to my collection. Finally I got my hands on my very own TELFAR bag!
TELFAR is a unisex fashion line based out of Buswick, Brooklyn. The brand was founded by queer Liberian-America, Telfar Clemens , who is taking fashion to a new success, especially during the pandemic! I was on the designer before the pandemic. TELFAR success has all sticking close to his website, to see when things are back in stock. I finally got my hands on my very own TELFAR bag and I am so happy. In today’s post Black Owned Spotlight, I am sharing my thought on my TELFAR shopping bag and how I style my look around it.
Let’s talk about the Telfar bag. Teflar is making huge strides. The iconic unisex bag has been flying off the shelf and it has been so hard to get my hands on one. After having my eyes on constantly on the site, watching releases I got my hands on the bag I wanted. I purchase the black Telfar shopping bag. It is a vegan leather bag that features a double strap handles and a cross-body straps. In the front there is an embossed TELAR log. Lastly, feature a magnetic closure at the top .
This bag comes in all sorts of colors. In addition available in 3 different sizes. The bag retail from $150 to $257. I purchase the the small black shopping bag. I am in love! The bag really functional. If you are person like me that does not like to take everything with you this bag works. This tote can definitely hold all your essential: money, cash, phone, and lip gloss. Whatever you find essential to you!

On the fashion side of things I curated a outfit that fit around this bag. I decided to keep my look basic and cool. I took my light wash denim jeans from Old navy and paired it with a ribbed jersey t-shirt from H&M. Of course it is cold outside, so I added my favorite faux leather jacket to the mix. In additon, add my thick lug sole boots. Easy look! To warm this look up, you can add a thick knit sweater or thick knit scraf and add a red scully for pop of color.
